Exchange Eligibility

• Item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Issue is reported within 3 days of delivery
• Item must be unused and in original condition

Non-Exchangeable / Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after order confirmation
• Used, washed, or altered items
• Minor color differences caused by screen settings

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in approved cases. Once your request is reviewed and accepted, the refund will be processed accordingly.
